# List lots staged in a picklist's WIP bin

> Between pick-complete and pack, picked units sit in the picklist's WIP (work-in-progress) bin and their lot is recorded only on that bin's stock rows. This endpoint is the read for that bin, so a packer can name the lot it is putting in a package instead of inferring one (CS-10083).

Behavior:
- Scoped to the picklist's own WIP bin. Stock in any other bin is not part of
this tote and is not returned.

- Bin rows with no remaining on-hand are omitted (a fully packed-out row
survives at zero in the database and would otherwise offer a lot that has
  already left the tote).

- Non-lot stock shares the bin and is listed with `lot_id: null`, so the
payload is the whole tote rather than only its lot-tracked half.

- A picklist with no WIP bin yet (picking still in progress) returns
  `{"data": []}` with `200`, not an error.
