# Get a single mapping version

> Get one version-history snapshot, including its full `mapping_config`, for diffing
against the current mapping or loading back into the editor.

To restore this version, apply its `mapping_config` back onto the mapping via
`POST /integration-mappings/{id}` and set `restored_from_version_id` to this version's
`id` so the resulting snapshot is tagged as a restore.
