# Get a folder and its contents

> Get a folder with its breadcrumbs, its sub-folders and one page of its files.

Files can be filtered and sorted. Use `search` (never `q`) to filter by name. To list
every image in a folder, pass `mime=image/*`.

Sub-folders come back in full on every page. Pass `include_folders=0` on later pages
to skip them (`folders` is then an empty array).

Requires the `fileCabinet.read` permission.
